Contact us through our contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. For an item that arrives damaged or differs from your order, photographs can help us assess the problem.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Change of mind

Please contact us before returning an item for a change of mind or sizing preference. We will confirm whether your request can be accepted and provide the return instructions and any applicable costs.

Returning an item

Contact us for the correct return address before posting. Do not send returns to an address printed on a parcel without checking with us. Where you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law, we will explain the process, including reasonable return costs where applicable.
